ESSCI and SEEDAP Collaborate to Give Youth Skills Ready

New Delhi: The Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in Andhra Pradesh (SEEDAP) and the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide young people with industry-relevant abilities in the field of electronics. Mr Saleem Ahmed, the acting CEO of ESSCI, and Mr. Srinivasulu, the CEO of SEEDAP, inked this historic agreement, which will improve students’ employability throughout Andhra Pradesh and open up new opportunities for advancement and skill development in the state’s electronics workforce.

Prominent figures like Mr. Saroj Apato, Vice President of ESSCI, Mr. Lalu Dharavath, Regional Head of ESSCI, Mr. Sunil, MD of Shri Technologies, and SEEDAP Chairman Sri G. Deepak Reddy attended the signing event, which highlights a shared commitment to cultivating in young people industry-ready abilities. This partnership will support specialised training initiatives, bringing education into line with practical needs and promoting regional economic growth.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Saleem Ahmed, ESSCI’s Officiating Head, stated: “Our collaboration with SEEDAP is a critical step in promoting skill development in Andhra Pradesh. With this partnership, we hope to develop a workforce with the necessary skills to satisfy industrial demands, providing young workers in the electronics sector with fulfilling job prospects.

This MoU guarantees a strong foundation for skill improvement through the joint efforts of ESSCI and SEEDAP, guaranteeing a more promising and competent workforce in Andhra Pradesh in the future.
