Norway’s Trondheim, October 16, 2024 Today, it was announced that Alva Industries (Alva), a producer of frameless motors with FiberPrintingTM technology, would showcase its new SlimTorqTM Series Lite & Max precision torque motors at the SPS Tradeshow in Nuremberg, Germany, from November 12–14.
A line of slotless thin-section motors called SlimTorqTM is perfect for high-precision, high-speed applications in the air, sea and space. The company’s cutting-edge FiberPrintingTM technology, which permits ironless and slotless motor windings with up to 60% copper fill factor, is used to build SlimTorqTM motors, raising the bar for accuracy, torque density, and versatility.

Standard sizes for SlimTorqTM motors range from 25 mm to 160 mm in outer diameter. Alva can also create unique rotary, linear, and arc motors quickly thanks to the next-generation FiberPrintingTM manufacturing technique.
