Stäubli is preparing to showcase its latest weaving and warp preparation technologies at ITME India 2026. The exhibition will take place from December 4 to 9, 2026, at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Visitors can meet the Stäubli team at Hall 14, Booth B2. The company will present technologies covering warp preparation, shedding systems, technical weaving and digital services.
A key highlight will be the new S3292 dobby. Designed for high-speed air-jet weaving, the machine is particularly suited to the requirements of the Indian market.
India’s textile industry includes apparel fabrics, home textiles, denim and technical textiles. As manufacturers modernise their operations, they face several challenges. These include improving productivity, maintaining fabric quality and handling frequent style changes. At the same time, mills must manage costs and shortages of skilled labour.
Stäubli addresses these needs through integrated warp preparation and weaving technologies. Its services also support equipment throughout its working life.
Warp Preparation Technologies on Display
SAFIR PRO S47: Flexible Automatic Drawing-in

The SAFIR PRO S47 supports a wide range of applications. These include denim, cotton fabrics, coarse and fancy yarns, and technical yarns such as glass.
It offers drawing-in speeds of up to 190 ends per minute. In addition, its Active Warp Control 2.0 technology supports consistent preparation quality and frequent style changes.
TOPMATIC: Efficient Warp Changes
Stäubli TopmaticThe TOPMATIC warp knotting machine handles various staple fibre and filament yarns with minimal adjustments.
It offers single and double-knot capabilities. Furthermore, its double-end detection works with warps that have or do not have a 1:1 lease. These features support reliable knotting quality and efficient warp changes.
Frame Weaving: New S3292 Dobby Takes Centre Stage
Stäubli offers a range of cam motions and rotary dobbies for different weaving requirements. These technologies help mills improve productivity across their manufacturing operations.
The solutions cover simple weave patterns, high-volume production and complex fabrics. They also support manufacturers that need frequent style changes.

At ITME India 2026, Stäubli will introduce its new S3292 dobby. Designed for high-speed air-jet weaving, it supports up to 12 frames.
The machine features optimised movement to extend frame and heddle life. It can operate at speeds of up to 1,200 rpm, depending on loom parameters and the application. It is particularly suited to denim producers and the Indian market.

The company will also display the S1792 cam motion. Designed for simple fabrics and high-volume production, it supports up to 10 frames.
Depending on loom settings and application, the S1792 can reach speeds of up to 1,400 rpm. It is designed to deliver high productivity in air-jet weaving.
Jacquard Weaving: LX PRO and N4L PRO

Stäubli will also present its LX PRO Jacquard machine at the exhibition. Available in formats ranging from 4,608 to 12,288 hooks, it supports a wide range of weaving applications.
These include flat fabrics, terry cloth and technical fabrics on air-jet and rapier looms.

The LX PRO is designed for precision and reliable operation. It supports the production of upholstery, tapestry, silk textiles, apparel fabrics and other demanding woven products.
Another highlight will be the N4L PRO. This machine supports labelling and logo weaving on selvedges. It is also suitable for flat fabrics, terry cloth and technical weaves.
Through this technology display, Stäubli will highlight its solutions for India’s evolving weaving industry at ITME India 2026.
Customer Success Story: Stäubli’s Partnership with D’Decor

Stäubli will also highlight its long-standing partnership with D’Decor, one of India’s leading manufacturers and exporters of curtains and upholstery fabrics.

MyStäubli Portal and Spare Parts Services
Stäubli will also demonstrate its MyStäubli portal and online services at the exhibition.
A touchscreen at the booth will allow visitors to explore the portal. They can also learn about online services, including spare parts ordering.
Furthermore, the Stäubli team will explain how these digital services support everyday equipment management.
Through its machinery portfolio, customer partnerships and digital solutions, Stäubli will showcase its expertise across the weaving value chain at ITME India 2026.
