Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) is organizing India Pavilion at “47th Edition of SEEBBE 2023 (South East Europe Belgrade Building Expo) at Belgrade, Serbia. The details of the exhibition are placed below:

India’s relations with Serbia have traditionally been close and friendly. India-Serbia bilateral trade during 2021-22 was USD 100.96 million whereas India’s export to the Serbia was USD 89.89 million. Serbia has emerged as a Gateway to Central and Southern Europe. There exists a huge untapped potential for Indian companies in the sectors like Construction, Automobile components, Industrial machinery electronic equipment, chemicals, agricultural and information technology products.
POST SHOW REPORT:
47th Edition of SEEBBE 2023 (South East Europe Belgrade Building Expo) is the most specialized event in Serbia gathering professionals into one place with fast and easy access to buyers. In the last edition more than 605 plus exhibitors from 30 countries attended the exhibition namely from Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, China, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, USA. In the last edition more than 29,499 visitors visited the exhibition. It is anticipated that more than 630 exhibitors from 32 countries with around 31000 plus visitors will attend the exhibition.

INR. 1,01,000/- (for Members)
INR 1,08,000/- (For Non Members)
Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall of 12 Square Meters, having: Wall Panels, Fascia Name, 1 Table, 4 Chairs, 1 information Counter, Spotlights, 1 Power socket
Please note that this fee includes: 5 Nights Hotel stay on Single sharing basis
NOTE:
Please note that the event is submitted to the Ministry for approval under MAI for the year 2023-24 and the approval is awaited.
In case of any variation in the grant the participation charges will be revised accordingly.
As per DOC, a company can avail MAI assistance up to a maximum of three times (including past cases) for a particular event.
VISA:
FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter Maximum two participants per company.
AIRFARE SUBSIDY:
Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare on submission of documents after the completion of the event. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event maximum up to INR 75,000/- (Only One Person Per Company i.e. only to Director, Proprietor, Partner, regular officer of the company on senior managerial Position will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement).
REFUND POLICY:
The participation charges are non-refundable in any case. Interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form(s) enclosed along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable). It may be informed that we have “Limited Stalls” and preference will be given on the basis of first-cum-first- served basis. Payment may be made by NEFT / RTGS in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations payable at New Delhi latest by 15th March, 2023. FIEO reserves the right to select the participants.
