Vice President of Continuous Improvement Doug Neal will spearhead the endeavor to revive the company’s commitment to operational excellence. Neal contributes more than thirty years of expertise in activities and ongoing development in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and healthcare, making him an essential member of the leadership group.

Neal most recently held significant positions at Revvity (previously PerkinElmer), including Senior Director, Service Operations; Senior Director, Planning and Logistics; and Senior Director, Global Lean. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in industrial management and a Master of Business Administration. from Clarion, Pennsylvania Western University.

Neal has a broad range of skills, including deep knowledge of manufacturing and transactional process optimization, as well as proficiency with multisite operations and global business platforms. His hiring is a calculated step toward improving Barry-Wehmiller’s organizational, operational, and worldwide commercial strategy.
