Jean-Baptiste De Ruyck has taken over as Beaulieu International Group’s new CEO.

Belgium’s Waregem – September 11, 2024 The Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) has named Mr. Jean-Baptiste De Ruyck as its new CEO. With this significant move, the organization enters a new phase of stability and leadership.

The forty-five-year-old Jean-Baptiste De Ruyck has a strong history in international finance and high leadership positions. He is leaving AbrisoJiffy, where he led the company’s transformation from a regional player in insulation and protective packaging to a leader in all of Europe. He has a proven track record of growing businesses, improving profitability, and creating cohesive teams. He had been the CEO of Omniform, a firm that packaged food, before that. He oversaw a Latin American start-up in the past. He began his career in investment banking in London, where he carried out financing and M&A deals all around Europe for more than six years. He has taken many leadership courses at INSEAD and holds master’s degrees in business administration and finance from the University of Brussels and Vlerick Business School, respectively.

His selection to the position of external, non-family CEO demonstrates B.I.G.’s dedication to independent, professional leadership and offers a new viewpoint on the company’s expansion plans.
