
With effect from January 1, 2025, Emmanuelle Gmür has been appointed by the Rieter Holding Ltd. Board of Directors to the Rieter Group’s Group Executive Committee. She replaces Tom Ban as Chief Human Resources Officer, who has chosen to pursue his professional life outside Rieter.
Emmanuelle Gmür possesses a wealth of human resources expertise as well as a track record of success in organisational development, change management, management consulting, and strategic leadership. She has extensive global experience and familiarity with the textile sector.
Emmanuelle Gmür served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, worldwide Head of Communication, and a member of the Triumph Group’s worldwide management board in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland, between 2013 and 2024. Meanwhile, time, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of Triumph France SA, Obernai (France) from 2020 to 2024 and deputy chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Triumph Austria AG, Vienna/Wiener Neustadt (Austria) from 2015 to 2024. From 2010 until 2013, she served as the Triumph Group’s Global Head of Learning and Development in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland. Between 2007 and 2010, she held at Qualintra SA in Geneva, Switzerland, as the Head of Consulting. She worked at British Telecom plc in London, United Kingdom, from 1999 to 2006 in a variety of capacities, including business transformation consultant and organisational development and leadership consultant.

Emmanuelle Gmür has a Master of Science in Business from the École supérieure de commerce de Reims (France) and a Core MBA from the Helsinki University of Technology, Helsinki (Finland). She is a citizen of France and was born in 1976.
