Please give us a brief on your products.
We are participating in TechTextil for the third time. Uster is already a market leader in conventional textiles. We have some products for fabric inspection as well, including an online product monitoring system and fabric inspection for various segments of technical textiles.
How is the response at TechTextil?
The show has picked up. We had a very good response.
We are already established in the tyre-cord industry and also in the healthcare sector. We also provide solutions for nonwoven and fabric inspection.
How is your innovation strategy?
We have our R&D centers in Israel and Switzerland. We are already exploring areas like denim and grey fabric inspection. We are also conducting trials, and we will be entering this market soon.
How is the Indian Market?
We have some customers in India. We also want to enter some other domains in technical textiles, which we are working on.
The government is giving a lot of incentives through various schemes for technical textiles, which will help technical textiles to grow and also open up opportunities for us. We are planning to expand in nonwovens as well.
