Merger-Demerger scheme under the jurisdiction of the National Company Law Tribunal
(NCLT) – Mumbai.
This rebranding signifies a pivotal milestone in the company’s journey, emphasizing the

Integrated Logistics Private Limited, formerly recognized as Kamal Diesels Pvt Ltd, a
sister entity.
