At Bharat Tex 2025, Kasturi Cotton created a big impression with a noticeable exhibit and kiosk that attracted the interest of business executives. While in town, the Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi held talks regarding the program’s developments with Dhirubhai Knaetiya, Director of Maruti Texprocess (Ginner), Dinakaran Sambandam, Joint MD of Sambandan Spinning Mills (Spinner), Shri Vijay Agarwal, Chairman of TEXPROCIL, and Shri Lalit Gupta, CMD of CCI.

Visitors showed great interest in a Masterclass on Kasturi Cotton presented by Dr. P.K. Mandhayan and Shri Sunil Patwari, Immediate Past Chairman of TEXPROCIL, demonstrating the program’s expanding impact. One significant turning point was the signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Indo Count and Alok Industries Ltd. to market Kasturi Cotton internationally.
The CITI-TEXPROCIL Leading Ginners Award was given out for the first time to promote involvement in the Kasturi Cotton initiative, which has been widely accepted by the industry. Several companies displayed goods manufactured only from Kasturi Cotton throughout the occasion.
