Lenzing – on Thursday, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Lenzing AG elected Carlos Aníbal de Almeida Junior and Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci (until the Annual General Meeting resolving upon the discharge of the members of the Supervisory Board with regard to the business year 2028), respectively. deciding on the Supervisory Board members’ dismissal with reference to the 2028 fiscal year and Markus Fürst (up to the resolution at the annual general meeting about the dismissal of the members of the Supervisory Board in relation to the fiscal year 2028) as newly appointed Supervisory Board members.
After the election at the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG is made up of ten members chosen by the General Meeting: Cord Prinzhorn, Markus Fürst, Franz Gasselsberger, Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci, Marcelo Baur, Heinrich Bernkopf, Marcelo Aníbal de Almeida Junior, Stefan Fida, Markus Fürst, and Marcelo Feriozzi Bacci.
