GL Events’ Fashion Show Division Rebrands as The Creative Pole and Launches Its International Observatory of Creation
During the plenary session of the Strategic Committee for the Fashion and Luxury Sector—held for the first time outside its usual venue at Première Vision Paris—Florence Rousson, General Manager of GL Events’ Fashion Division, unveiled a bold new identity for its fashion shows: The Creative Pole. This transformation marks a strategic shift towards a cross-disciplinary and integrated approach, addressing the evolving global fashion landscape.
A Strategic Vision for a Changing Market
The rebranding aligns with the vision set forth by Florence Rousson, responding to the industry’s structural and economic shifts. The Creative Pole fosters collaboration across geographical, sectoral, and thematic dimensions, uniting a unique global fashion community under a comprehensive and strategic framework.
The Creative Pole consolidates Première Vision, Tranoï, and Fashion Source, encompassing 18 international events across three continents and engaging over 440,000 designers, creators, and industry professionals. With eight global offices, it serves as a central hub for innovation and industry collaboration.
Expanding Horizons: Key Initiatives
While maintaining the distinct identity of each brand, The Creative Pole has already initiated cross-sectoral integration through:
- Global Expansion: From Tranoï Tokyo (launched in 2024) to Première Vision Montreal (debuting in 2025).
- Industry-Adaptive Solutions: Adjusting event schedules to meet industry needs, including the June edition of Blossom PV and the new thematic segmentation of Première Vision Paris—Craftsmanship (February) and Innovation & Tech (September).
- Diversified Offerings: Introducing fresh themes such as Beauty at Première Vision Paris (September 2025), providing new avenues for growth and inspiration.
Introducing the International Observatory of Creation
The Creative Pole also plays a pivotal role in bridging international industry stakeholders, offering a strategic outlook on fashion trends, innovations, and market dynamics. To reinforce this mission, it has launched the International Observatory of Creation, which will deliver annual reports on industry trends and challenges, equipping professionals with insights to anticipate transformations within the creative sector—both in France and globally.
“My first year as director has been dedicated to listening to the industry—from upstream to downstream, from creators to federations. By uniting our diverse expertise while preserving the uniqueness of each brand, The Creative Pole is establishing a truly international hub that supports the entire creative ecosystem in navigating the future.” — Florence Rousson
