The ALUCAST publications are launched by distinguished professionals during ALUCAST® Expo 2024, paving the way for a new era of die casting technological innovation.
Over 200 exhibitors and over 300 companies from Thailand, Germany, the United States, Spain, Italy, Austria, Japan, China, and France attended the three-day show, which took place from December 5 to December 7. Over 8,000 industry visitors from more than 20 countries attended the mega expo, which was organised by The Aluminium Casters’ Association (ALUCAST)® and produced by NürnbergMesse India. It brought together die-casting leaders, innovators, and manufacturers to unveil the newest technologically advanced products, materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
“India is quickly becoming a global leader in aluminium die casting, with manufacturers utilising state-of-the-art technologies to produce complex critical components, including structural parts, on par with global standards,” stated Mr. Prasan Firodia, President of ALUCAST and Managing Director of Force Motors & Jaya Hind Industries. India’s strong skills in the industry are demonstrated by the nation’s 4400-ton aluminium die-casting machine, which can produce massive, highly precise pieces.
“ALUCAST® 2024 is set to redefine industry standards with an overwhelming response from the industry,” says Ms. Sonia Prashar, Managing Director, NuernbergMesse India. Beyond the automobile sector, aluminium die casting is positioned as a key component of India’s manufacturing future because to the predicted expansion in industries like consumer electronics, aerospace, and electrical equipment. Dedicated to innovation and corporate expansion, we cordially invite all interested parties to attend this game-changing event, explore, learn, and participate in the innovations influencing the future of the sector.
Given the increased need for lightweight, non-ferrous metals and India’s expanding aluminium die casting industry in manufacturing, particularly in automotive technology, the expo is becoming increasingly significant.
Numerous sectors, including oil and gas, automotive, electronics, industrial, aerospace, telecommunications, electrical, and construction, depend heavily on aluminium die casting solutions.
India’s target to double the size of its auto industry to INR 15 lakh crore by the end of 2024 demonstrates its stronghold in automotive manufacturing, driven by a booming EV market projected to grow at a 49% CAGR by 2030.
