ALVA Industries and Copley Controls have joined forces to present a live technology demonstration at Automatica 2025, highlighting seamless integration between ALVA’s SlimTorq™ frameless motors and Copley’s Accelnet BPL-090-30 servo drive.
Taking place at Hall B6, Booth 521, the demonstration showcases a ready-to-integrate motion solution ideal for high-precision automation and robotics. The pairing offers zero-cogging torque, high torque density, and precise control, making it ideal for applications like robotics, gimbals, and medical devices.

ALVA’s SlimTorq™ motor series features a frameless, slotless design with a large through-hole, offering high-performance motion with compact footprint. Copley’s BPL-090-30 servo drive brings up to 15 A continuous current, CANopen DS-402 protocol, and versatile motion modes (Profile Position, PVT, Homing), making it a robust solution for dynamic control environments.
