Lindström is expanding its presence in India with the opening of a new service facility in Sanand, Ahmedabad, located at the centre of the newly developed Semicon Hub. The investment is expected to increase the company’s service capacity and strengthen support for customers across India’s growing manufacturing and industrial sectors.
New Facility to Support Key Industrial Sectors
The Sanand facility will serve several industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, aerospace, green energy and medical devices.
The expansion is designed to improve service availability, increase operational capacity and provide customers with more responsive support. It will also strengthen Lindström’s cleanroom and workwear service capabilities in the region.
With manufacturing activity expanding across India, the new facility will enable the company to support businesses requiring specialised textile services, particularly in sectors where workplace hygiene, employee safety and operational efficiency are important.
