Their latest innovations focus on two key areas: managing persistent odour in textiles and providing reliable protection against rain and moisture.
SANITIZED Odorex™ EON Targets Persistent Odour
Repeated wear, perspiration, exposure to weather and laundering can affect the perceived comfort and performance of garments. One challenge is persistent odour, which can develop as sebum and odour-causing residues accumulate on textile fibres over time. These residues may contribute to unpleasant smells that remain even after washing, a phenomenon commonly referred to as “permastink”.
SANITIZED has introduced Odorex™ EON, a biocide-free Dual-Action Technology designed to address both immediate odour and long-term odour accumulation.
During wear, the technology adsorbs and neutralises odour molecules to help textiles maintain a fresh feel. During laundering, it creates a protective layer that supports the removal of sebum residues, helping prevent the gradual buildup associated with persistent odour.
The technology reflects a broader approach to textile durability. In addition to physical properties such as strength and abrasion resistance, functional durability also depends on whether garments remain comfortable and wearable throughout their lifecycle.

RUDOLF RUCO-DRY® ECO CWS for Weather Protection
RUDOLF is presenting RUCO-DRY® ECO CWS, a high-performance water-repellent and waterproof technology that can be marketed under the BIONIC-FINISH® ECO brand.
The technology combines water repellency with hydrostatic pressure resistance for cotton fabrics, helping materials maintain their protective function in challenging conditions.
Its intended applications include outdoor apparel and technical textiles such as tents, awnings and umbrellas. The solution is designed to support durable weather protection and meet performance requirements in applications exposed to rain and moisture.
