technotrans to Showcase Resource-Efficient Spray Lubrication at EuroBLECH

Modular systems, automated nozzle monitoring and compressed-air-free lubrication technology will be among the solutions presented by technotrans at EuroBLECH 2026 in Hanover.

technotrans will present its portfolio of spray lubrication systems for stamping and forming technology at EuroBLECH 2026, taking place from 20 to 23 October in Hanover, Germany. The company will focus on resource-efficient solutions, modular system designs and automated monitoring technologies aimed at improving process reliability and reducing media consumption.

A key focus will be technotrans’ optimised nozzle monitoring technology, which automatically detects blocked and partially blocked valves. The system monitors the spraying process and identifies deviations in volumetric flow rates, supporting stable production and helping operators maintain consistent lubrication performance.

According to technotrans Business Development Manager Hary Kosciesza, the company has expanded its solutions portfolio with technologies focused on process reliability, resource conservation and automation. He also noted increasing demand for retrofit projects as companies in stamping and forming technology seek to modernise existing equipment.

Modular systems for new and existing plants

technotrans will showcase modular spray lubrication systems including spray.xact b/c and spray.xact reflection. Their modular configuration enables solutions to be adapted for different plant requirements and applications, covering both new installations and retrofit projects.

The company says its service expertise also supports the implementation of customised solutions according to customer-specific requirements and current market needs.

Particular attention will be given to the spray.xact range, which is designed for precise lubrication using minimal quantities of media. The systems are intended to support resource-efficient production processes while providing controlled oil application.

spray.xact c enables flexible spray widths

The spray.xact c features a double-walled housing design for demanding applications and can accommodate spray widths of up to 2,000 millimetres. Its telescopic spray bars can be automatically adjusted to different spray widths.

This automatic adjustment is designed to minimise overspray during production. The system applies oil precisely without compressed air, which can reduce the effort required for cleaning and support more efficient lubrication processes.

Automated nozzle monitoring supports process reliability

technotrans will also highlight its new inspection technology for monitoring spray nozzles. The system automatically identifies blocked or partially blocked valves by detecting deviations in volumetric flow rates.

The company says this monitoring capability can improve production safety and plant availability while also helping reduce media consumption by identifying irregularities in the spraying process.

“The new inspection system automatically monitors the spraying process and detects even the smallest deviations in the volumetric flow rate,” said Kosciesza. “Our solution therefore not only increases production safety and plant availability, but also helps to reduce media consumption.”

Thermal management solutions also on display

Beyond spray lubrication, technotrans will present its capabilities in thermal management and fluid technology at EuroBLECH. The Sassenberg-based company develops temperature management solutions for complex industrial applications.

Its technologies are used across sectors including sheet metal processing, medical technology, plastics technology, electric mobility, and data and IT infrastructure.

technotrans will present its spray lubrication and thermal management solutions at EuroBLECH 2026 from 20 to 23 October in Hall 27, Stand 27-J155, Hanover.
